Keighley Laboratories Limited offers a comprehensive weld testing and inspection service including welding procedure consultancy and approval, welder qualification test, on site welding investigation and a complete range of destructive and non-destructive testing facilities.

Weld procedure consultancy and approval and welder qualification approval tests can be carried out to European, American and most International standards, including specialised Aerospace and Defence related standards.

Weld investigation at your site can be arranged and a full documentation package can be supplied if requested.

UKAS accredited testing and certification to many standards and specifications, including:

Commercial standards such as BSEN and ASME and Aerospace standards that include Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), BAE SYSTEMS (BAE), Rolls Royce (RR), Westland Helicopters and Airbus are also offered.

Keighley Laboratories can offer recognised CAA signatories that are available for onsite aerospace weld component invigilation. The specific staff that are approved by CAA are allowed to witness and verify critical aircraft related welding on the authorities behalf and invigilate customer sites.
